This is where I'm supposed to write something pithy and entertaining about myself and what my website is all about. I think it would be easier to describe the blessings that brought me here: abuse, depression, obesity, self-hatred and years of poor health (I've had so many surgeries and procedures -- even I've lost count).
Wait! Did I just refer to my life as a blessing? YES!
My experiences made me who I am and were the catalysts to opening my eyes to life and love and light. I experienced energy on every level from low and stagnant to high and vibrant. Most important, I realized the ability to manage my own energy -- something all of us are able to do.
Today, I am a lightworker and a HUGE feng shui enthusiast. I am intuitive and empathic. Angel communication, spirit guides, energy healing are all a part of my daily life. But the truth is, while I feel more spiritually connected than ever in my life, I still love to laugh most of all. My favorite word begins with "F" (wink, wink). Politically incorrect jokes crack me up and I wish I had the guts to express myself as keenly and as edgy as Daniel Tosh, Chelsea Handler and Ricky Gervais (some of my favorite comedians).

The Journey
Late into my 30s, I began a concentrated search for a happier life. I hit a lot of dead ends and made many mistakes. My search led me down a road that litterally brought me to my knees. The thought of me not being around to watch my kids grow up shook me to my core. Without answers, I was forced to have faith in the only thing I knew best -- me.
Without a life coach (although I'd like to try one out), I embraced the various methods, ideas and philosophies that are tremendously helpful tools for living life and I put them to the test. My health improved and my journey brought me back to life. Not just any life, either -- an improved quality of life. A life filled with more joy and passion, less stress and better health.
A spiritual journey took over and spiritual healing changed everything.
Does it mean my life is perfect? No and Yes. I choose to view every little pain-in-the-ass issue as an opportunity for growth. You know, life happens and you get to decide how you want to live it and how you want to feel about it. I choose to celebrate life and if you like what I have to offer, I presume you'll stick around.
I believe there are lots of you out there, like me -- desiring a life that includes more passion, joy and fulfillment on a deeper level. I'm still on my beautiful life journey and I don't expect it to ever end.
I am an independent thinker. I am an avid reader and have connected with a variety of healers, teachers and authors. I have researched a plethora of information about energy, energy healing, spirituality, Law of Attraction, affirmations and I find that there is still so much more to learn. Where I find valuable resources for you, I will post on this site. My desire is to help you open the doors wide and welcome abundance and joy and love.
